Traditional Japanese fermented foods such as miso, soy sauce and natto are still an essential part of the Japanese diet. However, the products available today have often lost their original flavour and nutritional value. Our aim is to produce delicious, nutritious fermented foods that were once made at home for centuries. As in the days when “kamado” was still in use…

Our values
We only use organic ingredients and do not use additives or pasteurisation processes. Our fermented foods are rich in nutrients and umami. Invisible but useful bacteria for our body will be alive and well in those fermented foods.
