Shipping of orders within the year
Orders are dispatched on Mondays or Tuesdays, with remaining dates on 8 and 15 December. To receive items by year-end, orders must be placed by 14 December; for bulk purchases, order sooner. Raw koji orders are due by 10 December. Limited stock of brown miso affects some sizes; sales will resume later.
