This set contains all the ingredients you need to make miso at home.
You can make approx. 1kg of brown miso with this kit.
It will be ready to eat after about 3 – 4 months. (Depends on the fermentation environment.)
If you prefer a stronger flavour, store it for longer in a cool, dark place. This will make the colour and flavour stronger.
