*We will announce our participation in the Maastricht Weekly Market on Instagram and Facebook on the morning of the market day.
Please note that, depending on the number of applicants, we may not be able to participate in the market. We will announce our participation on Instagram and Facebook on the day it is confirmed, so please check these before you come.
For larger Miso and some specific products
Please reserve in advance to purchase large quantities of miso (500g and 750g), as well as fresh Koji and Ama koji.
About Delivery by kamado
As we will be attending several events this month, deliveries by kamado will be limited to once only.

なお、イベントでは味噌2種類（200gのみ）、醤油麹、塩麹、味噌トマトソース、乾燥麹、納豆などを販売しております。
500g, 750gのお味噌をご希望の方はイベントの前々日までに、生麹、甘麹をご希望の方は1週間前までにご予約いただければ当日お渡しできます！
一部のイベントではおにぎりや味噌汁などを提供予定です。お楽しみに！
