At markets, reserve in advance to purchase large quantities of miso (500g and 750g), as well as row koji and Ama koji.
Delivery by kamado
As we will be attending several events this month, deliveries by kamado will be limited to once only.

なお、イベントでは味噌2種類（200gのみ）、醤油麹、塩麹、味噌トマトソース、乾燥麹、納豆を販売しております。
大きいサイズ（500g / 750g）のお味噌をご希望の方はイベントの前々日までに、生麹、甘麹をご希望の方は1週間前までにご予約いただければ当日お渡しできます！
一部のイベントではお味噌汁やおにぎりを提供予定です。ぜひお越しください！
