Traditional Japanese fermented foods such as miso, soy sauce and natto are still an essential part of the Japanese diet. However, the products available today have often lost their original flavour and nutritional value. Our values

We only use organic ingredients and do not use additives or pasteurisation processes. Our fermented foods are rich in nutrients and umami. Invisible but useful bacteria for our body will be alive and well in those fermented foods.
