Flexible Delivery Options
You can receive your order in the following ways.
1. Delivery to Parcel Point/Locker
Your order will be delivered to a Parcel Point or a locker near you.
You can just pick up your parcel at the Parcel Point or a locker at a time that suits you. There is no need to worry about deliveries arriving when you are not home. It is a more environmentally friendly option, too.
If you have a preferred Parcel Point or a locker, please register its address as your delivery address.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to the email address you registered with. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

(We normally use DPD for our deliveries. For deliveries within Germany, we are currently using DHL.)

2. Delivery to your Home address
Your order will be delivered to your home or a designated location.
If there is no parcel point/locker nearby, or if it is difficult to collect your parcel from the parcel point/locker, please select this option to have your parcel delivered to your home address.
If you would prefer your order to be delivered to a different address other than your home address, please register that address as the shipping address.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to the email address you registered with. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

3. Delivery by kamado
(Only available in Düsseldorf and south Limburg areas)
We will deliver your order directly to your home (or designated location*).
*If you would like your order delivered to a specific address, please register that address as the delivery destination. However, the address must be within the eligible area.
Minimum order:€15,00
Please select your preferred delivery date and time from the list provided, then write these in the ‘Notes’ section on the checkout page.

Once your order is complete, we will email you with our proposed delivery date and time.
If you are unable to receive your package on the scheduled date and time, please let us know as soon as possible.

- Düsseldorf area (Düsseldorf, Meersbusch, Ratingen), Germany

Important notes regarding delivery
How your order will be packaged and shipped
To maintain the quality of the goods, we ship them in a cooler bag with coolant in a cardboard box. After trying out a few products on the market, we found this to be the most effective and environmentally friendly way of keeping your ordered items cool and safe. Made from 100% renewable and biodegradable materials, this cooler bag is an environmentally-friendly choice.

We are careful about the timing of shipping

During hot weather in particular, the cooling effect of our packages may fade, possibly causing the products to begin fermenting or maturing again during shipping.
For example, as the temperature rises and fermentation progresses, gas may be produced and a liquid called tamari may leak from the bag (neither of which is harmful).
As our products are not pasteurised, the bacteria remain alive. While they do not spoil immediately at room temperature, fermentation does occur gradually. Therefore, we temporarily halt fermentation by refrigerating or freezing the products before shipping them.
For this reason, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we ship orders at the beginning of the week. (This means that most orders will be shipped the following week.)

Please be aware when placing your order!
We do our best to make sure that products are not damaged in transit, but we cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in the condition of the goods if there is a delay in delivery or if you are unable to receive the goods immediately for any reason. During busy times of year, such as Easter or Christmas, delivery may take longer than usual.
