May schedules

Here are our schedules for May.
We’re planning to be travelling around the north of the Netherlands quite a bit this year.
Also, we plan to open a stall (almost) every Friday at the Maastricht’s Market from this month.
Now you can find us at this lovely market in the historical city!

Book for specific items!

At markets, reserve in advance to purchase large quantities of miso (500g and 750g), as well as row koji and Ama koji.

Delivery by kamado 

As we will be attending several events this month, deliveries by kamado will be limited to once only.

マーケット

なお、イベントでは味噌2種類（200gのみ）、醤油麹、塩麹、味噌トマトソース、乾燥麹、納豆を販売しております。

大きいサイズ（500g / 750g）のお味噌をご希望の方はイベントの前々日までに、生麹、甘麹をご希望の方は1週間前までにご予約いただければ当日お渡しできます！

一部のイベントではかまどの手作り味噌を使用した「具沢山お味噌汁」や「おにぎり（ネギ味噌味）」を提供予定です。他では食べられない味ですので、ぜひ食べてみてください！
