Umami Soy Sauce is a versatile sauce that combines the flavour of soy sauce with the natural sweetness and umami of rice Koji. It goes well with meat, fish, vegetables and much more. Of course, it tastes best with our kamado natto.
The soya sauce used as an ingredient is certified organic soya sauce (GMO-free*). And our homemade rice Koji (from certified organic rice) is used.
No additives or preservatives are used, and pasteurisation is avoided to preserve nutrients, vitamins and micro-organisms.
*EU organic regulations prohibit the use of GMOs in organic production and products. This means that the ingredients used in our products are GMO-free.

Storage
Can be kept unopened in the fridge for 4 months. Use a clean spoon or other clean utensil each time you consume to prevent the growth of unwanted bacteria.
