We usually dispatch ordered items on the following Monday or Tuesday.
The remaining dispatch dates for this year are 8 and 15 December.
To receive your order before the end of the year, please ensure you place your order by the 14 December.
If you are making a bulk purchase, please order sooner rather than later.
As raw koji and Ama koji are made to order, please place your order by 10 December.
Orders placed after 15 December will be dispatched the week beginning 5 January.
Please note that we currently have limited stock of brown miso and have suspended sales of the 500 g and 750 g sizes. We will resume sales of all sizes once the new miso is ready.
