塩こうじ&甘こうじを使ったGurkensalat

Easy

ドイツの家庭の味 グルケンザラート(Gurkensalat)を、当店の「塩こうじ」と「甘こうじ」を使って作りました。
野菜のうま味が引き出された、毎日食べられる常備菜になります。
ぜひご家庭でも作ってみてください。

材料

きゅうり : 1本
塩こうじ: 大さじ1
甘こうじ : 大さじ2
レモン汁:1/4個分
オリーブ油:大さじ2
こしょう:少々

作り方

1) きゅうりを洗って、スライスする。
2) ①に塩こうじ、甘こうじ、オリーブ油、こしょうを混ぜ合わせる。
3) レモンを絞って、冷蔵庫で一晩寝かせて完成。

Hinweis

このGurkensalatを作ったときに出る汁は、Kartoffelsalatを作るときに使えます。
