混ぜるだけでカンタン一品〜アボカド納豆〜

ちょっと一品欲しい時に、混ぜるだけで簡単にできる納豆レシピ。アボカドが納豆の匂いも少し抑えてくれるので、納豆の匂いが気になる方にも食べやすいと思います。もちろんご飯にかけても美味しいです。

材料:

アボカド:150g
納豆:40〜50g(お好みで)

醤油麹(または醤油):150g

作り方:

① アボカドは1cm角くらいのサイコロ形に切る
② ①に納豆と醤油麹(なければ醤油)を加え、軽く和える。
